Job Summary
This role involves the administrative management of specialized property assets for the Tempelhof-Schöneberg District Office in Berlin. As a key member of the Facility Management Service Unit, you will handle day-to-day operations including the coordination of minor building maintenance measures and the general management of plots, buildings, and rooms. A significant portion of the role focuses on organizing winter services (snow and ice removal) for the district's properties and processing compensation claims related to property damages. This position is ideal for professionals with a background in public administration or real estate who enjoy structured, service-oriented work. The role offers the stability of the public sector (TV-L E6 pay scale), flexible working hours, mobile work options, and a 30-day vacation policy, all within one of Berlin's most diverse and vibrant districts.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Public Administration Specialist, Office Communication Specialist, or Office Management Specialist; alternatively, a degree/qualification in Real Estate Management or completion of the Administrative Course I (Verwaltungslehrgang I).
Experience
- Professional experience in public administration or real estate management
