Job Summary

As a Telecommunications Systems Planner for DB InfraGO AG in Chemnitz or Dresden, you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning of security-critical systems within the German rail infrastructure. Your daily work focuses on the design, approval, and execution planning of intrusion detection (EMA) and fire alarm systems (BMA) following HOAI performance phases and technical regulations. You will develop technical and economic concepts, coordinate with project stakeholders, clients, and subcontractors, and support project management in scheduling and resource allocation. This role is unique for its direct impact on the safety of millions of passengers, offering a high degree of responsibility in a stable, long-term environment. Required Skills

Education

Degree (University or University of Applied Sciences) or qualification as a Technician/Master Craftsman in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Communications Engineering, or Information Technology.

Experience

  • Professional experience in the planning of technical systems, specifically within intrusion and fire alarm sectors
  • Experience in creating design, approval, and execution plans according to HOAI standards
  • Practical experience using planning and drawing software, specifically AutoCAD
  • Experience in coordinating with project stakeholders, clients, and subcontractors
  • Experience in technical documentation and compliance with safety regulations and norms
