Job Summary

As an Infrastructure and Building Services Engineer in Worms, you will take a lead role in planning and managing technical infrastructure projects. Your daily responsibilities involve overseeing electrical planning, fire protection, security systems, and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) installations. You will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, ensuring that implementations are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards, including successful commissioning. A key part of the role is optimizing existing systems for energy efficiency and maintenance, while managing on-site service providers to ensure legally compliant and sustainable operations. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Automation, Supply Engineering, Technical Building Equipment (TGA), or a comparable qualification such as a Master Technician (Techniker/Meister).

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in the planning and realization of projects within building services or electrical engineering
  • Proven experience in coordinating technical infrastructure projects and managing third-party service providers
  • Experience in commissioning technical systems and ensuring legal compliance in facility operations
