Job Summary

As a Bioanalytical Method Developer, you will be responsible for the independent planning, development, and validation of bioanalytical methods within a modern, regulated laboratory environment. Your daily activities will focus on ligand-binding and cell-based assays, as well as the analysis of clinical and preclinical samples. A key part of this role involves driving innovation through the automation of analytical methods using laboratory robotics and optimizing existing processes to increase efficiency. You will ensure that all work is conducted in strict compliance with GxP (GLP/GCP) guidelines, maintaining meticulous documentation and coordinating laboratory workflows. This position is ideal for a scientist who enjoys combining hands-on laboratory work with strategic process improvement. The role offers the stability of a permanent contract, 30 days of vacation, and a culture that values diversity and professional development through individualized training programs.

Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree in Natural Sciences (e.g., Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a comparable field)

Experience

  • Professional experience in the development and establishment of bioanalytical methods (e.g., ELISA, ECL, cell-based assays)
  • Experience working within a regulated GxP (GLP/GCP) environment
  • Experience in documenting and analyzing clinical and preclinical samples
  • Experience with laboratory IT systems such as LIMS and ELN
  • Experience in laboratory automation and liquid-handling systems is preferred
