Job Summary

As a Bioanalytical Method Developer, you will be responsible for the independent planning, development, and validation of bioanalytical methods within a modern, regulated laboratory environment. Your daily activities will focus on ligand-binding and cell-based assays, as well as the analysis of clinical and preclinical samples. A key part of this role involves driving innovation through the automation of analytical methods using laboratory robotics and optimizing existing processes to increase efficiency. You will ensure that all work is conducted in strict compliance with GxP (GLP/GCP) guidelines, maintaining meticulous documentation and coordinating laboratory workflows.
