Job Summary

As a Technical Assistant for Fault Location and Measurement Technology, you will play a critical role in ensuring power supply reliability by providing technical measurement support across all voltage levels. Your day-to-day responsibilities include preparing troubleshooting measures using GIS systems, setting up complex test and measurement circuits for fault isolation, and analyzing network data to plan targeted field operations. You will operate modern diagnostic equipment, perform DGUV safety inspections on electrical equipment, and handle the maintenance and repair of fault location devices. This position is particularly attractive for those who enjoy a mix of analytical office-based planning and hands-on field work. You will participate in on-call services across the network area, applying your expertise to evaluate disturbances and support colleagues on-site. The role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge measurement technology while contributing directly to grid safety through grounding and impedance measurements in low-voltage networks.
