Job Summary

As an Application and Support Specialist at FERCHAU, you will serve as a technical consultant and problem-solver for a diverse international client base. Your daily responsibilities include providing technical support via phone, email, and remote maintenance, as well as conducting on-site commissioning of systems featuring controller and SCADA components. You will play a vital role in the product lifecycle by supporting hardware and software release processes, performing detailed error analyses, and feeding customer insights back to product management for portfolio optimization. Additionally, you will empower clients and sales partners through specialized training sessions. Required Skills

Education
