This role involves the independent organization, execution, and monitoring of quality assurance processes within a pharmaceutical production environment. As a Junior QA Manager, you will be responsible for managing Change Control processes and handling non-conformities using the JIRA 'ECC' module, ensuring all actions comply with cGMP and ISO standards. Your day-to-day will include coordinating with various departments such as R&D and international subsidiaries, as well as organizing and documenting meetings for the Change Control Board and the Deviation and Material Review Board. Additionally, you will contribute to the creation and maintenance of department-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
