As a Technical Facility Manager, you will be responsible for the leadership and coordination of projects within the field of Technical Building Services (TGA). You will manage both external service providers and internal teams, while monitoring on-site execution and performing technical inspections of existing systems. Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree or advanced training as a Master Craftsman (Meister) or Technician in Electrical Engineering, Building Technology, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Advanced professional experience in the field of building technology or energy technology
  • Experience in project management and the management of external service providers is desirable
  • Previous leadership or project-based leadership experience is preferred but not mandatory
