Job Summary

As a Communications Engineering Test Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of highly complex Software Defined Radios (SDR) for a global leader in secure communication technology. Your daily responsibilities include the holistic verification of hardware, firmware, and software interactions against strict technical requirements. You will plan and execute deep-dive quality tests focusing on performance, stability, and robustness, while actively contributing to the expansion of test automation. Beyond testing, you will troubleshoot system issues and conduct interoperability tests to ensure seamless integration within the product ecosystem. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a high-tech, safety-critical environment with a 35-hour work week and hybrid work options. Required Skills

Education

University degree (Diploma/Master) in Electrical Engineering or completed training as a Technician, with a strong preference for a specialization in Communications Engineering.

Experience

  • Professional experience in hardware, firmware, or software testing is preferred but not required.
  • Entry-level candidates are explicitly encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in planning, controlling, and executing quality tests.
  • Experience in troubleshooting device or system-level problems.
  • Experience in the field of secure communication technology is beneficial.
