As the Head of Operations for Primary Supply Facilities, you will lead a dedicated team responsible for the operation, maintenance, and fault resolution of critical primary supply infrastructure. This role involves significant disciplinary responsibility for your team, ensuring adherence to legal and company regulations, and managing an on-call service. You will also serve as a project manager for construction projects, including budget oversight, and act as a key technical contact for municipalities. A crucial part of your role will be to collaborate on developing investment and maintenance strategies, fostering a strong safety and environmental culture within your team, and actively participating in the on-call duty roster.
