Job Summary

As an AI Prompt and Context Engineer at ROSSMANN's headquarters, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's internal AI ecosystem, 'RossmannGPT'. Your daily responsibilities include optimizing system prompts, deploying new AI models, and maintaining a centralized prompt library to ensure high-quality outputs. Beyond technical engineering, you will act as a bridge between complex technology and practical application by conducting company-wide AI training, hosting webinars, and organizing hackathons. You will support various departments in identifying value-driven AI use cases and create visually compelling educational materials using Microsoft 365. This role is ideal for a communicative professional who enjoys both technical optimization and teaching. Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in (Business) Informatics, training as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker), or a comparable qualification with a focus on AI.

Experience
