Job Summary

As a Senior IT Service Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the digital future of the German Federal Armed Forces (Bundeswehr). Based in Kiel, you will be responsible for providing decentralized IT services across over 90 locations in Schleswig-Holstein. Your daily responsibilities include the tool-based analysis and resolution of technical issues within PC, telephony, LAN, and WAN environments. You will also manage hardware relocation projects and support central operations as an on-site representative.
