Job Summary

As an Expert Engineering focused on packaging development, you will lead the design and implementation of secondary and tertiary packaging components for combination medical products. Your daily activities will involve authoring design verification documents, conducting feasibility studies, and creating prototypes to ensure state-of-the-art technical solutions. You will serve as a central point of contact within global cross-functional teams, managing collaborations with internal departments and external suppliers to launch new products and redesign existing ones. A key part of the role includes defining labeling strategies and ensuring all designs meet regulatory standards for health authority submissions. Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Material Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in packaging development for candidates with a Bachelor's degree
  • Professional experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry preferred
  • Previous knowledge in packaging development for candidates with a Master's degree
  • Experience in managing internal and external resources such as agencies and machine suppliers
  • Proven track record in global cross-functional project environments
