Job Summary

This role focuses on leading the development, validation, and transfer of state-of-the-art Container Closure Integrity Testing (CCIT) methods, particularly for sterile biopharmaceuticals and drug-delivery devices. Based in Schaftenau, you will be responsible for identifying advanced testing technologies such as Helium leak detection and headspace analysis to ensure product safety across global manufacturing sites. Day-to-day activities include managing laboratory equipment implementation, troubleshooting method challenges, and collaborating with academic and industry experts to maintain industry-leading standards. The position is highly collaborative, requiring you to work in a global matrix organization, coach students, and author technical reports. Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Engineering or Natural Sciences
