Job Summary
As the Team Lead for Building Technology at the Leibniz Institute for Analytical Sciences (ISAS) in Dortmund, you will hold both technical and disciplinary responsibility for the facility management team. Your daily activities will involve planning, designing, and monitoring building services systems (TGA), conducting technical analyses, and evaluating supply concepts with a focus on economic and energy efficiency. You will provide critical technical support for laboratory facilities regarding energy, air conditioning, and supply infrastructure. Furthermore, you will oversee construction and modernization projects, manage external service providers according to VOB/HOAI regulations, and advise institute leadership on safety and technical requirements. Required Skills
Education
Master's degree (University of Applied Sciences/FH) in Supply Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a comparable field of study.
Experience
- Professional experience in the planning, implementation, and maintenance of complex building services (TGA) systems
- Practical experience across all performance phases of the HOAI
- Experience in disciplinary and technical leadership
- Knowledge of construction, planning, procurement, and contract law
- Experience in troubleshooting and fault rectification
