Job Summary

The Leibniz Institute for Analytical Sciences (ISAS) is seeking a Head of Building Services Engineering to lead their technical department. This role involves comprehensive responsibility for planning, constructing, and overseeing building services systems, including technical analyses, concept evaluations, and creating tender documents. You will provide technical support for laboratory facilities, manage modernization and maintenance projects, and advise institute leadership on technical and safety requirements. A key aspect includes developing and implementing energy management strategies. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Building Services Engineering or a related field, extensive experience in TGA project management, and familiarity with construction law and HOAI phases. Strong skills in MS Office and AutoCAD, along with good English, are required.
