Job Summary

This role involves the independent production of radiation detectors within a modern cleanroom environment. As a Chemical Technical Assistant or Process Technologist, you will be responsible for executing critical process steps, including wet-chemical etching, cleaning, lithography, and high-temperature processes. A significant portion of the day-to-day work involves operating and monitoring production equipment, performing optical and metrological quality controls, and documenting all production steps. Additionally, you will manage incoming and outgoing goods inspections and prepare shipments for external service providers. This position is ideal for professionals with a strong affinity for cleanroom environments and a solid understanding of physical or chemical engineering. Required Skills

Education

Degree or certification as a Chemical Technical Assistant (CTA), Physical Technical Assistant (PhyTA), Pharmaceutical Technical Assistant (PTA), Microtechnologist, or a Bachelor of Science in Chemical/Physical Engineering or a related field.

Experience

  • Professional experience or training as a Chemical, Physical, or Pharmaceutical Technical Assistant
  • Experience in semiconductor manufacturing is highly desirable
  • Proven experience in cleanroom environments and high-precision production
  • Experience in executing and documenting complex chemical or physical process steps
