Job Summary

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated team of 2,300 professionals focused on the maintenance, repair, and inspection of onshore wind turbines. Operating out of Heide with regular deployments to Southern Germany, you will work in small teams to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic components. Your daily tasks involve ensuring 24/7 operational readiness of wind park projects, performing component replacements, and documenting technical work at significant heights. The position is ideal for physically fit individuals who are comfortable working in high-altitude environments. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician, Mechatronics Technician, or a comparable technical qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in the wind energy sector is preferred, though motivated career changers are welcome
  • Experience in control technology, hydraulics, and power electronics
  • Experience working at heights and maintaining physical fitness for technical field work
