IT Support Technician | IT Techniker (m/w/d)

Job Summary

As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing essential First and Second Level support for a major European IT service provider. Your daily activities will involve handling support tickets, installing and configuring client hardware, and managing operating system deployments using SCCM. You will also be tasked with user and password management within Active Directory, as well as the physical setup and cabling of workstation equipment. Beyond technical troubleshooting, you will maintain the customer database and manage IT assets. This role is particularly attractive as it offers a position within one of Germany's leading IT service providers supporting federal government clients (ITZBund).
