As an IT Onsite Support Technician, you will be the primary point of contact for hardware and software issues directly at the client's premises. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve setting up and configuring workstations, including Teams telephony, and maintaining various hardware components and media technology. You will also manage assets and inventory while performing hands-on troubleshooting and fault rectification. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Systems Electronics Technician, IT Specialist for System Integration, or a comparable technical qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT support, specifically in hardware and user support
  • Experience in the setup, installation, and configuration of IT workstations
  • Proven experience in analyzing and resolving technical faults onsite
  • Experience handling standard hardware including desktops, notebooks, and peripherals
