As a Field Service System Administrator, you will be the primary on-site technical contact for schools and business clients in the Cologne-Bonn-Aachen region. Your daily responsibilities include ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructures by installing, configuring, and optimizing systems according to specific customer needs. You will independently analyze technical malfunctions, manage issues within a ticketing system, and perform regular maintenance to ensure system stability. Beyond troubleshooting, you will maintain technical documentation and contribute to the development of digital solutions. This role is ideal for a service-oriented professional who enjoys a mix of technical administration and direct client interaction. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Experience in onsite customer service and field service operations
  • Proven track record in troubleshooting hardware, printers, and network components
  • Experience using structured ticketing systems for incident management
