Job Summary

This role involves serving as a central figure for an energy sector company in Dortmund, where you will coordinate service team activities and foster self-organization and cross-functionality. As an Agile Coach, you will be responsible for conducting retrospectives, reviews, and planning sessions while identifying development needs and optimization potential within agile teams. You will work closely with IT process management to improve organizational effectiveness and promote an agile mindset. The position is ideal for professionals who enjoy coaching employees in methodology and refining agile workflows. This is a fixed-term opportunity until September 2027 with the possibility of extension or permanent takeover, making it a stable yet dynamic role within a critical industry. You will have the chance to apply advanced frameworks like SAFe or BizDevOps in a professional environment that values continuous improvement and structured workshop moderation.

Required Skills

Education

Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field. Professional certifications such as PAL I, PSM I, PSPO I, PMP, or Prince2 are required.

Experience

Several years of practical experience working within an agile organization
Extensive expertise in project management methodologies and agile frameworks
Proven experience in moderating workshops and preparing professional presentations
Practical experience with agile steering tools such as JIRA or ServiceNow
Professional background in the energy industry is preferred
