Job Summary

As a Site Manager at Brunel, you will play a pivotal role in driving complex site operations for large-scale construction and energy projects. Serving as the primary interface for customers, you will manage all contractual matters, maintain relationships with authorities, and oversee on-site workforce management. Your day-to-day responsibilities include driving activities to meet contractual milestones, schedules, and budgets, while managing change processes and variation orders for subcontractors. You will hold full responsibility for quality control, documentation, testing procedures, and customer acceptance. A key focus of this role is promoting a strong Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) culture while leading major EPC converter station and complex consortium projects.
