Required Skills
Education
University degree (Master or Diploma) in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Public Administration, or a comparable field; or completed career training for the Higher Civil Service (Laufbahngruppe 2, 2. Einstiegsebene) specializing in Agricultural and Forestry Administration.
Experience
- Professional experience in organizational management and development is highly preferred.
- Proven knowledge in organizational management and development through academic focus or professional practice.
- Experience in conducting organizational audits and deriving strategic recommendations.
- Experience in process management and implementing continuous improvement cycles.
