Job Summary

This role involves the conceptual development and strategic implementation of a 'Place-Branding' approach for the Vorpommern-Greifswald district. As a Project Manager, you will lead the 'Brand4Talents' Interreg project, aimed at positioning the region as an attractive location for living, working, and investing to counteract the migration of young professionals. Key responsibilities include the strategic design of a district-specific app for talent recruitment, establishing multi-sectoral governance structures to link economy, education, and administration, and coordinating with international project partners in English. You will also manage procurement processes for app development and represent the district at transnational meetings.
