As an IT Field Service Technician for accompio, you will be the face of the company's technical operations in the Ansbach region. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve a hands-on approach to IT infrastructure, including the physical installation and rollout of hardware such as servers, switches, firewalls, and access points. You will be responsible for setting up modern workplaces, ensuring everything from monitors to network connectivity functions perfectly. Beyond installation, you will serve as the primary on-site support contact, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues directly at client locations. This role is unique because it combines technical configuration with physical craftsmanship, offering the satisfaction of seeing immediate results.
