Job Summary

This role involves managing the IT and network infrastructure for the City of Regensburg's wastewater treatment plant. As an IT professional in this critical infrastructure environment, you will be responsible for the administration of servers, clients, and Active Directory, as well as the maintenance of complex network components including VLANs, firewalls, and routing. A significant portion of the role focuses on Process Control Technology (PLT) IT infrastructure, where you will handle system hardening, vulnerability analysis, and central log management. You will also provide essential support for IT security, perform system backups, and troubleshoot bus systems like Industrial Ethernet.
