Job Summary
As an IT Support Specialist based in Ismaning near Munich, you will serve as a technical lifeline for a renowned IT service provider serving the media industry. Your daily responsibilities involve managing IT tickets according to SLAs, providing uncomplicated customer assistance, and maintaining network infrastructure. You will be responsible for configuring Microsoft Cloud environments, including Office 365, Teams, and SharePoint, while utilizing PowerShell and CMD for automation. The role offers a collaborative environment where you receive support from internal departments for complex server and network issues. Required Skills
Education
IT vocational training (Ausbildung) or an equivalent professional qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in PC, server, and network environments

- Technical experience with Microsoft Windows and Active Directory
- Experience working with IT ticketing systems and prioritizing tasks
- Experience in customer service and technical troubleshooting
