As an IT Support Specialist at Johanniter-Bundes-IT-Services (JoBITS), you will be the primary point of contact for internal employees facing technical challenges. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve providing first-level support via telephone and remote maintenance, documenting incidents within a ticketing system, and independently troubleshooting issues within a Microsoft environment.
