Job Summary

As an IT Field Service Administrator, you will be the primary on-site technical contact for various locations within the Greater Hamburg area. This mobile role involves traveling to different sites using a company vehicle to ensure IT infrastructure is secure and functional. Your daily responsibilities include providing 1st and 2nd level support, managing hardware and software rollouts, and setting up networks for new workstations. You will also play a key role in regional IT projects, ranging from software implementations to small-scale project leadership.
