This role is based at the Innovation Center Computer Assisted Surgery (ICCAS) at the University of Leipzig, a leading interdisciplinary research center for medical technology. As a Research Associate, you will be a key contributor to the 'EMBER' project, which focuses on developing a clinical decision support system for hematology (specifically multiple myeloma). Your day-to-day responsibilities include the conception, implementation, and validation of software tools as standalone medical devices. You will work closely with Quality Management and software development teams to ensure compliance with medical regulations such as DIN EN ISO 13485 and IEC 62304. This position offers a unique opportunity to bridge the gap between clinical requirements and industrial application within a certified quality management environment. Required Skills

Education

Successfully completed technical degree in (Medical) Informatics, Biomedical Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
