This permanent role at the Mosel-Saar-Lahn Waterways and Shipping Office (WSA) in Koblenz involves the technical management and maintenance of electrical systems across buildings, workshops, locks, and weirs, as well as on watercraft. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and controlling electrotechnical work, organizing maintenance according to DIN 31051, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations such as DGUV 3 and the EC Machinery Directive. Key tasks include personnel deployment planning, budgetary monitoring of repair measures, and coordinating with external specialist companies. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Experience in the planning, coordination, and execution of electrotechnical measures
  • Practical experience in maintenance and safety testing of stationary and mobile equipment
  • Experience with public procurement and contract law (VOB, VgV, UVgO) is required
  • Experience in leading or coordinating personnel and external contractors
