As a Telecommunications Systems Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the stable operation of all MVNO systems and technical interfaces. Your daily activities will include analyzing KPIs and SLAs, coordinating with network operators and platform providers, and managing incident reports to drive system improvements. You will also oversee billing processes, SIM/eSIM management, and number portability (NÜV) information.
