Job Summary
As an Information Manager and Client Services System Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and evolving the digital workplace infrastructure. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve managing the lifecycle, integration, and security of networks, servers, and end-user devices. You will primarily operate at the 3rd-level support tier, focusing on the conceptualization, implementation, and operation of endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Intune and SCCM. A key aspect of this role is driving the evolution of Modern Workplace architectures, collaborating with internal and external IT service providers, and analyzing market trends to implement innovative solutions. You will provide critical support to various departments, ensuring that new requirements are met and projects are executed successfully. Required Skills
Education
Completed IT training or degree (University of Applied Sciences/University) is preferred.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT, specifically within Client and Modern Workplace Management.
- Experience with Modern Workplace concepts and project execution.
- Proven expertise in Windows Client OS environments.
- Experience working with IT service providers and cross-functional teams.

- Valid work permit for Austria is required. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Vienna (1030).
