As an Onsite IT Technician in Ludwigshafen am Rhein, you will play a vital role in maintaining the IT infrastructure for a market-leading service provider. Your daily responsibilities will involve managing Windows workstations in both office and industrial environments, performing hardware installations, and executing workplace migrations. You will be the primary point of contact for end-users, troubleshooting technical issues directly at their desks and documenting all activities within a ticket system. Beyond technical repairs, you will provide software and hardware training to employees and manage IT assets and printing equipment.
