Required Skills

Education

Admission as a German Patent Attorney and/or European Patent Attorney; University degree in Electrical Engineering, IT, Physics, or Communications Engineering.

Experience

  • Professional experience as a qualified representative before the German Patent and Trade Mark Office (DPMA) and/or the European Patent Office (EPO)
  • Extensive scientific background and sound experience in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Physics, or Communications Engineering
  • Initial experience in handling patent infringement cases
  • Proven experience in drafting and pursuing patent applications at national and international levels
