Job Summary

The Staatsbetrieb Sächsisches Immobilien- und Baumanagement (SIB) is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join their Leipzig I branch. This full-time, permanent position involves acting as a technical client representative for police and justice properties, overseeing all planning and construction phases, particularly in electrical engineering (power and low-current systems), and managing interfaces with other trades. Key responsibilities include coordinating construction projects, preparing and assisting with contract awards, managing projects in terms of deadlines, costs, and quality, and conducting inspections and defect rectification. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, strong project management skills, and experience in building services engineering.
