This in-house role in Munich's financial sector involves acting as a critical interface between IT support teams and Citrix server administrators. You will be responsible for error analysis and problem resolution within a Citrix AHP environment, as well as managing Exchange Server and Active Directory issues. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining IT documentation, building a comprehensive knowledge base of support cases, and contributing to the design of new IT environments.
