Job Summary
As an IT Service Technician for Onsite Support in Hechingen, you will play a vital role in maintaining and optimizing the IT infrastructure for a market-leading IT solutions provider. Your daily activities will involve handling incoming support calls, managing ticket assignments, and performing hands-on technical support tasks including Break/Fix, IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change), and Hardware/Software Refresh projects. You will be the primary point of contact for onsite clients, resolving issues related to Windows clients, printers, networking, and telecommunications. This position is ideal for proactive professionals who enjoy high levels of responsibility and direct customer interaction. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in the IT field (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Systems Electronic Technician) or a similar qualification with relevant professional experience.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT system integration or as an IT systems electronic technician
- Practical experience in handling hardware components and mobile end devices
- Proven experience using ticket systems for incident management
- Experience supporting Windows clients, printers, and network environments
- Basic professional experience in network patching and telecommunications

- The position is initially via labor leasing (Arbeitnehmerüberlassung) with an option for permanent takeover. Location is onsite in Hechingen.
