This role is situated within the Real Estate Service Department of the City of Bielefeld, specifically within the Building Management division. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for the preliminary planning and management of construction measures for new builds and expansion projects. Your day-to-day will involve designing smaller electrical projects, preparing tender procedures for external engineering firms, and coordinating with regulatory authorities and stakeholders. You will act as the client representative, overseeing construction supervision, quality control, and budget adherence. This position offers a secure public service career (TVöD-V) with the flexibility of part-time or full-time hours. Required Skills
Education
University degree (Bachelor or FH Diploma) in Electrical Engineering.
Experience

- Proven track record in budget and deadline monitoring within construction projects
