This role involves the planning and execution of civil engineering projects for the City of Oer-Erkenschwick, with a primary focus on wastewater management. You will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from commissioning and supervising external engineering firms to awarding construction and service contracts. A significant portion of the role includes managing funding measures, from application to proof of use, and implementing climate adaptation strategies. You will also handle administrative tasks within the wastewater department and may support other civil engineering areas like road construction and water management.
