This role focuses on enhancing the performance and operational readiness of airborne systems through sophisticated electro-optical (EO) analysis. As part of a Research and Development team, you will support the German Armed Forces in the conceptual design and configuration of electro-optical self-protection systems and technical countermeasures. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting comprehensive signal processing evaluations, hardware and software analysis of algorithms, and utilizing specialized laboratory equipment such as optical benches and blackbody calibration sources.
