Job Summary
As a VIP IT Support Specialist in Hamburg, you will be the primary point of contact for high-priority technical issues within an international IT services and engineering environment. Your daily responsibilities involve resolving technical disruptions via phone and written correspondence—primarily in English—while providing both remote and on-site desk-side support. You will be responsible for configuring and installing PCs, workstations, and peripherals, and maintaining detailed technical documentation within a ticket system. For complex technical challenges, you will collaborate closely with 3rd-level support specialists. This role is ideal for service-oriented professionals who enjoy a fast-paced, international atmosphere with flat hierarchies. Required Skills
Education
