Your daily responsibilities include managing mobile devices (MDM), troubleshooting hardware issues, and providing first-level support via the TopDesk ticketing system, phone, and email. You will play a key role in hardware rollouts, including the setup, breakdown, and exchange of equipment, while also testing and proposing new mobile solutions for the company. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in the IT field (e.g., IT Specialist for Systems Integration, IT System Electronician, IT System Management Assistant, or Information Electronics Technician).

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT customer support or as a service technician
  • Experience working with ticketing systems or Mobile Device Management solutions
  • Experience in hardware handling, including setup, teardown, and replacement of devices
  • Experience in analyzing and resolving technical errors in a first-level support capacity
