Job Summary
As the Technical Maintenance Manager, you will serve as the primary advocate for maintenance requirements during the planning and implementation of machinery, systems, and industrial processes. This role involves the professional and organizational leadership of a multidisciplinary team, including electrical engineering and metalworking specialists. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of technical assets—from planning and installation to commissioning and ongoing repair of machinery and buildings. A significant portion of your role involves managing new investments, coordinating with external contractors, and ensuring strict adherence to safety and occupational health regulations. This position is ideal for a proactive leader who enjoys balancing strategic project participation with hands-on technical oversight. You will utilize specialized maintenance planning software to document inspections and optimize workflows, ensuring high plant availability and operational safety across the facility.
