Job Summary
As a Maintenance Manager at an international foundry in Pirna, you will lead the technical and organizational oversight of the electrical and metalworking maintenance departments. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve planning, installing, and commissioning industrial machinery and buildings, while ensuring all safety and occupational health regulations are strictly followed. You will act as a key stakeholder in planning new investments and facility upgrades, coordinating both internal teams and external contractors. Required Skills
Education
Master Craftsman (Meister), Certified Technician, or University Degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, or Control Engineering.
Experience
- Professional experience in electrical engineering, energy technology, or control engineering
- Technical experience with crane systems (specifically Demag, Konecranes, or SWF)
- Leadership experience in a technical or maintenance environment is preferred
- Experience in planning, maintenance, and commissioning of industrial machinery and buildings
- Experience in coordinating external service providers and internal departments
