Job Summary
This is an engaging 6-month working student position at a major German health insurance provider's headquarters in Hanover. The successful candidate will work 20 hours per week, actively contributing to the development and optimization of modern IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting the Ivanti Service Manager platform, creating and maintaining technical documentation, and assisting with the rollout of new features. You will play a key role in analyzing requirements and documenting workflows for incidents, changes, and service requests. Required Skills
Education
Currently enrolled student in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable field of study.
Experience
- Enrollment in a degree program such as Computer Science, Business Informatics, or Business Administration
- Basic understanding of IT Service Management and ITIL processes
- Initial experience with Ivanti Service Manager or similar ticketing systems is preferred
- Experience in structured and organized task management
- Professional communication skills for internal and external stakeholder interaction
