Job Summary

This role involves the technical management of building operations in Munich, specifically focusing on electrical systems and maintenance. As the primary onsite contact for clients, you will lead a technical team, managing personnel deployment and scheduling. Your day-to-day responsibilities include planning, controlling, and documenting maintenance and repair activities, as well as coordinating and supervising subcontractors within the technical facility management scope. You will be responsible for performance acceptance, creating inspection protocols, and calculating quotes for minor projects. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician, Electrician, or Industrial Electronics Technician; additional qualification as a Master Electrician (Elektromeister) or State-Certified Technician is preferred.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in the electrical field (Electronics, Industrial Electronics, or Electrician)
  • Professional experience in building management and building technology is desirable
  • Leadership experience in managing technical staff is preferred
  • Experience in creating inspection and acceptance protocols
