You will be responsible for the technical and organizational leadership of the microbiology team, overseeing the production and quality control of culture media, evaluating results, and ensuring correct procedures. Your role will involve planning, coordinating, and delegating tasks, as well as optimizing processes through modernization. The position requires a degree in Microbiology, Food Science, or a related field, experience in a microbiological laboratory, and initial leadership or team coordination experience. Strong analytical skills, a structured approach, and excellent German and English communication are essential for success in this role.
