Job Summary

This leadership role involves overseeing the technical and organizational operations of the Construction and Connection Management department for a major regional water supplier. The successful candidate will manage a team of professionals, ensuring the efficient planning and execution of water network infrastructure projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with municipal authorities and road construction agencies, preparing tender documents and service specifications, and managing contracts according to VOB/VOL standards. You will also be responsible for budget monitoring, invoice verification, and providing expert opinions as a representative of public interests (TÖB). This position is ideal for an experienced engineer who excels in process optimization and stakeholder communication. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in the relevant technical field
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience in a professional department
  • Proven experience in project management and handling construction/procurement law (VOB/VOL)
  • Extensive knowledge in construction and/or network connection management
  • Experience in employee leadership and organizational management
